DWTS so far

I meant to yak about this before, but our internet connection is feeble right now. I’ve been watching DWTS again, and find the current season has less overall talent than previous installments. The Crayziee top 3 are Melissa, Gilles, and Shawn. Gone are Belinda and Denise, neither of whom I’ll miss but they weren’t the worst dancers on the show. I’m a bit of a purist in my theory of who should be booted each week – it’s a dance competition, so kick off the worst dancer. Though I’m a bit conflicted over Wozniack the watermelon, because it’ll be more fun to see how bad he can be than it would be to watch the other 2 axed women. Jewel’s hubby, the rodeo guy, bombed the first week but has improved to the point of enjoyability. Lil’ Kim, the lost Jackson sister, hasn’t been impressing me. Chuck and Julianne are boring. Holly should hop back to the mansion. Don’t think we’ve seen the best out of Steve-O yet, or maybe D.A. Grier. ‘Meh’ to the football star’s performances, so far. As for those top 3: Melissa has nice natural talent. Gilles is good when he doesn’t move like a fairy. And Shawn is great, but they need to put more clothes on her. I disapprove of the sequined street-walker get-ups on all these chicks, especially on 17-year-olds.

I totally agree with your take on the line up. I haven't been blown away by anyone yet. I am not a fan of Wozniak, and it seems like a repeat of the Leachman train wreck from last season. If you have to resort to slapstick humor, you don't belong there. I am waiting for Steve-O to pull off something amazing. There is something about him....and I'm not sure what it is.
